3.2 We also collect information that is not Personal Information, such as data relating to your activity on the Platform or interaction with us by any means (Other Information).
3.3 Other Information we collect may include:
3.3.1 The type of browser and operating system you used to view the Platform;
3.3.2 The date and time you visited the Platform;
3.3.3 The web pages or services you accessed at the Platform;
3.3.4 The time spent on individual pages and the Platform overall;

3.4 We do not collect Sensitive Information about you unless:
3.4.1 It is necessary and we have your consent;
3.4.2 It is required by law or in accordance with the Act; or
3.4.3 You volunteer the Sensitive Information to us as part of your submission of an enquiry or in connection with the provision of legal services.
4. Collection methods
4.1 If at any time you provide Personal Information about anyone other than yourself, you warrant to us that you have that person’s consent to provide such information for the purpose specified.
4.2 You are not obliged to give us your Personal Information. If you would like to access any of our services or features of our Platform on an anonymous basis, you may make a request outlining the services or features you would like to access, which we will take reasonable steps to comply with.
4.3 Other Information is collected by automated methods.
4.4 Sensitive Information (if collected) is obtained through your use of the Platform or pursuant to your engagement with us in the provision of legal services.
4.5 We have integrated Google Analytics into the Platform (see http://www.google.com/analytics/ for details). This enables the collection of data about traffic on the Platform via a DoubleClick cookie in addition to data collected through the standard Google Analytics implementation.
4.6 We may as part of the use of Google Analytics functionality switch on Display Advertising which enables features that are not available through standard implementations. This includes Remarketing , Google Display Network Impression Reporting, DoubleClick Campaign Manager integration and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting , each as described by Google.
4.7 We will not facilitate the merging of personally-identifiable information with non-personally identifiable information previously collected from Display Advertising features that is based on the DoubleClick cookie unless we have given you notice of, and have your prior affirmative (i.e., opt-in) consent to, that merger.
4.8 We have currently only activated Display Advertising for Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting.
4.9 Using Ads Settings, visitors to the Platform can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads. A Browser opt-out is available at: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/.
4.10 We use Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reports to obtain a more detailed understanding of our Platform users and their potential needs. Data collected from such reports may be used to more accurately target marketing and advertising campaigns based on demographic information and more generally for the Primary Purpose and additional purposes details in this Policy. We do not collect data on individuals by such methods; only aggregate data is used for planning purposes.
5. Purpose + Use
5.1 We, our agents, consultants and contractors may use your information for one or more of the following purposes:
5.1.1 To provide you with legal, regulatory, or other advisory services, and related services, such as access to online data rooms, and corporate intranets;

6. Third Party Vendors
6.1 Third party vendor sites that are included or used as part of the YEG.US services have their own privacy policies and you acknowledge that YEG.US has no control over third party policies and is not responsible for their privacy practices.

7.1 YEG.US will not disclose or share personally identifiable information with third parties without your permission except when necessary to provide resolution to a service request, to comply with federal or state law or subpeonas, or to comply with liquidation or mergers and acquisition-related activities.
8. Aggregate Statistics
8.1 YEG.US may share aggregate statistical information regarding its customers, including survey results, with partners or other third parties. In no way, will this information be personally identifiable.
9. Personal Information
9.1 Users can purchase YEG.US services by completing our online order forms. As part of the order form, we will request personal contact information and financial information. Any contact information is used to contact the customer to provide our services and any financial information is used only to bill for the YEG.US services purchased.
10. Security + Protection
10.1 We will take all reasonable steps to protect the Personal Information that we hold about you from misuse, loss or unauthorised access and disclosure.
10.2 You acknowledge that the security of communications sent by electronic means or by post, or stored electronically, cannot be guaranteed. We do not accept responsibility for misuse, loss or unauthorised access to your Personal Information where the security of information is not within our control.

10.4 When collecting personally identifiable information, we use forms protected by industry standard secure sockets layer (ssl) technology. Using SSL protected forms, all personally identifiable information is encrypted during data transport.

11.2 We will endeavour to handle your complaint as soon as possible, and within a reasonable time frame.
12. Cookies, Website Stats, Image Markers and other Tracking Software
12.2 YEG.US uses third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other Web sites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. 13.1 YEG.US provides an opt-out option for customers who purchase a product or service from YEG.US to unsubscribe from news, announcements and marketing marterial that we may send to customers from time to time. An unsubscribe link is located at the bottom of all announcement and marketing emails that we send out. If a customer no longer wishes to receive YEG.US newsletters, news, announcements, and promotional email, they may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in such emails and opting out through their control panel.
